by Kyle Kennedy, located in Tyler, Texas.

any related services we provide.

the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the

or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the

We do not run third-party advertising scripts on our site.

services. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these communications.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data
rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us at hello@nandotx.com.
6. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, including
your mobile phone number, with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: we use third-party services (such as Resend for email
delivery, Dialpad for phone/SMS, Vercel for hosting, and Google for analytics) to operate
our business. These providers only access your data as needed to perform their services
and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- Business transfers: if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition,
or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your
Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- Law enforcement: under certain circumstances, we may be required to
disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests
by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
- Other legal requirements: we may disclose your Personal Data in the good
faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation; protect and
defend the rights or property of the Company; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing
in connection with the Service; protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the

purpose with your consent.
7. Client project data
When you engage Nando to build a custom application, we may receive access to your
business data, customer records, or other confidential information as part of the
project. The handling of this data is governed by the terms of your individual service
agreement (contract) with Nando, which includes confidentiality obligations that survive
for two (2) years following the termination of the engagement.
Upon termination of a service agreement, or upon your request, we will either return or
destroy all confidential project data within thirty (30) days, as specified in our
service agreements.
Client project data is treated with at least the same degree of care and protection
described in this Privacy Policy, and in many cases is subject to additional contractual
safeguards. Where applicable, client project infrastructure is hosted on platforms
covered by Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) to ensure compliance with healthcare and
data privacy regulations.
8. Data retention
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set
out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements and policies.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is
used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Service, or we are
legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
If you request deletion of your Personal Data, we will process your request within
thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill a
contractual obligation.
9. Transfer of your data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating
location in Tyler, Texas, and on servers operated by our Service Providers (including
Vercel and Resend) located in the United States.
If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your data may be
transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where data protection laws may
differ from those of your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by
your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely

The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable
